Apartment and townhome cleanouts are the furniture, mattresses, boxes, and balcony piles left at the end of a lease. We carry them out through the stairs or the elevator and haul them the same day.

Tell us the building rules when you call: elevator hours, loading dock, visitor parking, and where a trailer can stand. We follow those rules. A one-bedroom with a sofa, a bed, and some boxes is often a small load. A skipped unit with a patio and a storage closet can be a half trailer.

If you are the resident, you or a roommate should be there to mark what stays. If you are the office, we need permission to enter and a date the unit has to be ready. Each unit gets its own price.

We take appliances you own once refrigerant is handled. We leave the property's installed appliances unless the office has released them. Paint, fuel, and chemicals stay out of the load.

Have the lease date and the building name ready. A sofa that has to come apart to make the landing is normal, and we do that on site. Balcony furniture comes through the unit unless you have a ground-floor patio we can reach from outside. If the office wants the haul before the cleaner, put that hour in the call. Resident jobs need you or a roommate at the start. Manager jobs need a key and permission to enter.

Stairs are normal. A long carry from a back building or a third floor with no elevator takes more time, and we include that in the price on site. You do not have to move the pile to the curb.
