We need sign-off from the agent, manager, or owner. Lockbox codes, gate codes, and the name of the person who authorized the job should be ready when we book.
We walk the house first, including the garage and any outbuildings you want in the price. Personal papers and small valuables should be pulled by the person in charge before we load, or pointed out so we set them aside.
Most of these houses are a half or a full 14-yard trailer. A larger property may need a second trip, and we will say that after the walk-through. Appliances go once refrigerant is handled. Paint, fuel, chemicals, and anything hazardous stay for a specialist.

Have the property address, the access code, and the name of the person who approved the haul. We walk the house, the garage, and any shed you want included before we set the price. Papers left on counters should be boxed by the authorizer or set in one spot we will leave alone. We can meet an agent at a lockbox. The authorizer's name stays on the work order so the crew knows who approved the rooms.
