Yard waste removal in Garland, Rowlett, and North Dallas

Storm week on Lake Ray Hubbard leaves fence boards and branches in the same pile. Garland, Rowlett, Sachse, and East Dallas yards collect that mix after wind, after a hedge finally loses, after someone cuts a tree and then stares at the rounds. We load the pile you already have and take it to a licensed dump.

A small curb stack can be the $125–$175 minimum. Most storm leftover is a quarter to half load — $275 or $450 — once you see it next to a trailer. A full backyard of brush can fill the bed at $625 or $770. Dirt, rock, and concrete are a different physics; those price by weight, and they are often a pass for this trailer. Photos with a door, a fence panel, or a person in the frame keep the range honest.

City brush pickup in this market is real, and it is also scheduled, stacked a certain way, and uninterested in a mixed pile of lumber and vines. If you can wait and you can stack to spec, do that. If the HOA is circling, or the pile is mixed, or a realtor is coming, we are the crew that takes the heap as it sits. Moody would eat the hedge. We haul it. That is the whole joke, and it is light on purpose.

Tell us what is in the pile. Clean vegetative waste and mixed household junk can be different dump tickets. Fence boards, a rotten gate, and branches together are fine if we know. A surprise stack of wet paint cans or gasoline from the mower shed is not. We flag those and leave them. Explosives and chemicals are a no on every page, including this one.

Access is usually a driveway or a side gate. If the pile is behind a fence in a Rowlett lake-lot, send the gate photo. Long carries from a back corner add labor. We will not drag a forty-foot oak round through a living room. Limbs about ten feet and under are the honest size; longer logs want a different saw and a different truck.

Inside fifteen miles of our Garland yard, mileage is included — Richardson, much of Plano, Wylie, Murphy, north Mesquite, Northeast Dallas. Rockwall across the lake is a pin check. Extra miles past fifteen show up as extra miles. The brush does not care which city it fell in. The map does.

We do not take the whole landscape. No bed cleanouts as a gardening service, no leaf-by-leaf raking unless it is already bagged and sitting in the pile we quoted. If a contractor left trimmings after a tree job, that leftover is our size. The tree job itself was theirs.

On site we confirm the number before we load, because brush piles look smaller in wide-angle phone photos than they do in a trailer. If the pile grew since Saturday, we say so. Then we load. You do not have to help. We leave the pad or the curb we worked, not a landscaped magazine shoot.

Same-day after a storm depends on how many other yards had the same storm. We will tell you the next honest window instead of promising the whole city at once. Send photos of the pile and the path to the street. A Firewheel, Dalrock, or Centerville cross street is enough.

HOAs after a storm want the pile gone before the next letter. That is a fair reason to skip the city’s stack-and-wait calendar. Mixed leftover from a weekend of yard work — branches, a rotten gate, the grill that finally failed — can be one trailer if the photos show the mix. We will say if the wood wants a different ticket than the brush. You should not have to become a dump expert to clear a corner of the lot.
