A garage cleanout is how you get the floor back. We haul the boxes, the bikes, the holiday bins, the treadmill nobody uses, and the leftover from a remodel. Then you can park again.

Most North Dallas garages we see are a quarter to three-quarters of the 14-yard trailer. A bay that has been filling for years can take the whole trailer. A few bags and a broken bike are often a small job. We price the pile on site.

If a car is staying in the garage, tell us. We will work around it. If the shelves stay and the contents go, say that at the start. You do not have to sort everything into perfect piles first. Mark what stays, and we load the rest.

Empty the fuel from mowers and cans before we arrive. Paint, gasoline, solvents, and pesticides cannot ride with household junk. A spare fridge can go once the refrigerant is recovered.

Bring the door up and leave a path to the back wall if you can. We can work around a parked car, a workbench you want to keep, and shelves that stay. Holiday bins you are keeping should be taped or pulled to one side before we arrive. A one-car garage is often a smaller job than it looks. A two-car that has been shut for years is the one that fills more of the trailer. Tell us which you have, and whether the attic has already spilled into the bay.

We load from inside the garage. You do not have to drag it to the curb. One morning is usually enough for a two-car stall. If the attic dumped into the garage and the ladder is still full, tell us so we plan the extra carry.
