Appliance removal covers the fridge, washer, dryer, range, dishwasher, and the spare unit in the garage. We dolly them out and haul them. Please disconnect water and gas before we arrive.

Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners need the refrigerant recovered before they can go on the trailer. If that is already done, tell us. If it is not, we need that handled first. Please disconnect water and gas before we arrive.

One bulky appliance with a clear path is a minimum job. A washer and dryer plus a few bags can be a quarter load. A kitchen full of appliances, plus garage extras, may be a half load. We price it by how much of the 14-yard trailer it fills, on site, before we lift.

Stairs and tight corners are fine. They take more time, and that is part of the price we set before we load. A second-floor laundry or a fridge on a landing should be mentioned when you call.

If we are already there, a microwave or a few bags can often ride along. A hot tub or a piano on the same visit is a different job. Say so before we roll, not at the curb.

Please have the appliance empty, unplugged, and disconnected from water or gas. A fridge with food still in it slows the stop. Measure a tight door if you know the piece barely came in. Second-floor laundry and garage spares are both fine. We bring a dolly and enough people for the weight. If more than one appliance is going, list them when you call so the price conversation starts from the real pile. A garage spare and a kitchen fridge on the same visit are priced together. Each sealed unit still needs the refrigerant recovered.
