Construction debris (light leftover) in Garland & North Dallas

Light construction debris is what is left after a finished remodel: drywall, lumber, old flooring, cabinets that are already out, and bagged scraps. We haul that pile. We are the cleanup, not the demolition crew.

Tile and concrete are heavy, so they're priced differently. A half trailer of tile is not the same job as a half trailer of hollow doors. If the pile is masonry, expect a different price than household junk of the same size. Lumber and drywall from one room follow the regular load prices.

A small bathroom leftover can be a quarter load. A flooring job through several rooms can be a half or more. A full trailer is a full trailer when the debris actually fills it. We look at the pile on site and set the price before we load.

Roofing tear-offs, dirt, and structural demolition need a different truck. Asbestos and lead-paint work need a specialist. Wet paint and solvents stay out of the load.

The best setup is a pile in the garage or the driveway that we can reach without walking through a finished room. Drywall, lumber, old cabinets, and carpet from one remodel are the usual load. If tile or concrete is mixed in, we price that weight separately from the lighter scraps. Tell us whether the contractor is finished and what hour the driveway is clear. We haul what is already down. One bathroom of scraps is a short visit. Flooring through several rooms takes more of the trailer. We look at the pile and price it there.

The material should be in a pile we can reach, in the garage, the yard, or a room that is already gutted. If the contractor is still working, tell us the hour the site is clear.
