Tired of paying rent on stuff you don't use? A storage unit cleanout empties the unit so you can turn it in. We haul the furniture, boxes, bikes, and household leftovers.
We need the person whose name is on the unit, or a written okay from that person and the facility. We need the facility name, the unit number, and their rules for how long a trailer can sit in the aisle. Drive-up units are faster than an indoor floor with an elevator.
A packed 5 by 10 is often a quarter or a half of the trailer, because boxes take more space than they look. A packed 10 by 10 with furniture can be three-quarters or a full trailer. A few pieces already at the door can be a small job. We set the price with the door open, before we load.
You can pull out anything you still want before we arrive. What is left, we treat as the load. Paint, fuel, and chemicals cannot go. Shelves that belong to the facility stay.
Check the facility rules for truck size and how long we can sit in the drive aisle. Some sites want us checked in at the office. Indoor units with a freight elevator take longer than a drive-up door, and we plan the window for that. If the unit is behind on rent, the office has to clear the visit. Bring the account name and the unit number. Once the door is open we set the price, load, and sweep out enough for you to turn the unit in.
Same-week is typical. The facility's gate hours decide the window as much as our schedule does. Tell us if the office has to let us in.
