Whole-house cleanouts in Garland & North Dallas

A whole-house cleanout is every room you want empty: bedrooms, kitchen, closets, garage, patio, and shed. We plan it as one job, top to bottom, on the 14-yard trailer.

A lightly furnished three-bedroom can be a full trailer. A house that has been packing for years is often more than one trip. Big house? We'll schedule a second trip if needed.

Walk the house with us, or with the agent, and mark what stays. The garage and the attic count. If they are in the job, we need to see them before we set the time. Carpet, blinds, and bagged household junk can go with the furniture.

Appliances go once refrigerant is recovered and water or gas lines are disconnected. Paint, fuel, and chemicals stay out of the household load. We are a junk crew, so structural demolition and hazardous cleanup belong with a specialist.

The price follows how much of the trailer the house fills, plus access such as stairs or a long carry. We set that price on site before we load. Prices for each load size are on the pricing page.

Count the garage, the patio, and the shed if they are part of the empty-out. Those three spots are where a one-trailer plan turns into two. We schedule the second day at the walk-through, with its own price. Bagged clothes and linens can go with the furniture. Built-in cabinets stay unless they are already detached. Tell us the closing date or the listing date and we will book the window that hits it. A three-bedroom with furniture still in every room is the usual full-trailer job. Empty closets and a bare kitchen are smaller.
