Furniture removal is the sofa, the sectional, the dining set, the dresser, and the patio set. We get it out without dinging your walls. Blankets and a second set of hands are how a tight hallway stays intact.
One bulky piece with a normal path is the minimum. A living room of sofa, chairs, and tables is often a quarter load. A whole house of furniture after a move can be a half load or more if the garage is included. We sell space on the 14-yard trailer plus the labor to get it there.
Sectionals come apart when they were built to come apart. Glass tops should be mentioned when you call so we can wrap them. If a piece was assembled inside the room and will not fit back through the door, we take it apart enough to get it out.
Pianos are a separate job because of the weight and the stairs. Hot tubs are too. If either of those is in the pile, tell us before we arrive so we plan the crew.
Mark what stays when we get there. We load the rest from inside the house. Stairs are part of the price we set before anything moves.
Sectionals, sleeper sofas, and hutches are the pieces that need a second look at the doorway. If a glass top or a marble piece is in the pile, mention it so we wrap it. We protect corners on the way out. Patio sets can go on the same trip when they fit the load we already priced. If the furniture is spread across the whole house after a move, we price it as one pile. Tight hallways get pads on the corners. Tell us about a spiral stair or a glass insert before we book the crew.
