What the program is

Jolly Goat Junk Removal sends text messages about your junk removal job: confirmation that we got your request, your arrival window, an on-the-way notice, the quote you asked for, your receipt, and answers to questions you send us. These are conversational and transactional messages. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

You opt in one of two ways:

You text our business number first. Replying to your own message about your job is part of that conversation.
You give verbal consent on the call or on site. That consent is recorded on the job record.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Moody’s Fan Club is email-only. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their marketing.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your job — typically 1–5 messages per job. We do not send recurring messages between jobs.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Jolly Goat Junk Removal does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and no further texts from that number. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, REVOKE, or STOPALL. To start again, reply START (or YES or UNSTOP).

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, call or text (469) 398-8282, or email hello@jollygoatjunk.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage.

Privacy

How we handle what you send us is covered in our Privacy Policy.
