Extra miles past fifteen are a line, not a new philosophy. A single suite in Rowlett is an easy included run; treat it like a house with worse chairs.

Sundays depend on the building more than on us. Send the pictures, the suite number, and whether the freight elevator is a rumor. We will send a range, then lock it in the room before the first desk turns the corner.

Private offices empty faster than cube farms. Whiteboards, plants, and the art that was actually a print in a cheap frame can ride. Sublease leftover — the previous tenant’s laterals still in the interior room — is why landlords call as often as departing companies. We need whoever currently has the right to release it. A handshake story about “they said we could leave it” is not a release.

A packed storage closet off the reception can be the real volume, not the pretty conference room. Photograph it. Break-room leftover, the water-cooler that died, and a pallet of paper nobody will move to the new suite belong on the same range. If the new office is also in Richardson or Plano and you need a haul at both ends, that is two pins or one planned loop — we will say which after we see the map.
