We work early mornings and after hours. Tell us if you want us in before staff arrives or after the suite closes. A live office works when there is a path and a room we can stage in. Freight elevator reservations, visitor passes, and a certificate of insurance are normal. Tell us what the building wants.

Pull hard drives and anything with data you need to keep before we arrive. We haul the furniture and the equipment you have released.

Loading docks, back doors, and reserved elevator time all change the hour. Say which one the building actually has. Two nearby suites can share a morning. A suite across town is its own window.

Panels, lateral files, and a copier are slower than loose desks because they come apart. We include that labor in the price we set before we start. Pull any drives you need to keep. Tell us if the suite has to stay open for staff, or if you want us in before the first meeting.
